What's on the belt?

4 dishes, in the game's order. All artwork is from the game.

  1. Injera

A spongy, slightly sour flatbread made from fermented teff flour; it is both the plate and the spoon.

  2. Doro wat

Chicken slow-cooked with berbere spice and plenty of onions, served with boiled eggs.

  3. Tibs

Small pieces of meat sautéed with butter, onion and peppers.

  4. Ethiopian coffee

Coffee beans are roasted and brewed in front of the guests in a ceremony called ‘buna’.
